Use within four weeks, Prepared Formula should be kept refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Any formula remaining after feeding should be discarded.
• Do not use if seal is broken.
• Always close plastic lid after use.
• Store can in a cool, dry place.
• Please use contents within 1 month of opening.
• Please follow use By Date & Batch Code located below the base of can.
• Powder settling at base of can may occur.

Breast milk is best for babies. Before you decide to use this product, consult your doctor or Health worker for advice.
Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill.

INGREDIENTS: Non-fat milk powder; lactose; vegetable oils (including soybean); whey protein concentrate; emulsifiers (soy lecithin, monoglycerides); long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids from single-cell sources [arachidonic acid (AA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)]; taurine; nucleotides (cytidine-5’- monophosphate, disodium uridine-5’-monophosphate, adenosine-5’- monophosphate, disodium inosine-5’- monophosphate, disodium guanosine-5’-monophosphate); antioxidants (mixed tocopherols concentrate, ascorbyl palmitate); lutein.

MINERALS: Calcium carbonate; sodium citrate; magnesium chloride; sodium chloride; calcium hydroxide: potassium bicarbonate; ferrous sulphate; potassium hydroxide; zinc sulphate; copper sulphate; manganese sulphate; sodium selenite; potassium iodide.

VITAMINS: Vitamin C; choline; inositol; vitamin E; niacin; pantothenic acid; vitamin A; vitamin B2; vitamin B1; vitamin B6; beta-carotene; folic acid; vitamin K; vitamin D; biotin.
