Use within four weeks, Prepared Formula should be kept refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Any formula remaining after feeding should be discarded.
• Do not use if seal is broken.
• Always close plastic lid after use.
• Store can in a cool, dry place.
• Please use contents within 1 month of opening.
• Please follow use By Date & Batch Code located below the base of can.
• Powder settling at base of can may occur.

Breast milk is best for babies. Before you decide to use this product, consult your doctor or Health worker for advice.
Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill.

from single-cell sources [arachidonic acid (AA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)]; antioxidants (mixed tocopherols concentrate, ascorbyl palmitate); lutein.

MINERALS: Calcium phosphate; magnesium chloride; ferrous sulphate; zinc sulphate; potassium iodide.

VITAMINS: Vitamin C; niacin; vitamin E; vitamin B6; vitamin B1; vitamin B2; vitamin A; folic acid; beta-carotene; vitamin D; vitamin B12.
