1. For a standard serving of 237ml. Prepare 200ml of cool water in a suitable glass.
2. Using the provided scoop. Slowly add 5 leveled scoops of Vansé Formula into the 200ml of water.
3. As powder is being placed into glass, mix with spoon until powder has completely dissolved.
